'Like-New' Product Return
Avoid re-stocking fees by shipping your gear back to us securely boxed with your name/address clearly marked on the package. You may choose any shipping method of your choice with tracing. Package your HeadRoom Audio gear for return as it was received including all contents, manuals, accessories and warranty cards originally included with the product. Headphones should be cosmetically clean, lint-free, and functioning perfectly as originally received.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Returns received after our 30-day HeadRoom Audio guarantee period can not be accepted.
